Olives are one of the farm’s greatest success stories. We tried many species but Tuscan Frantoio and Spanish Arbequina are the two that thrive here. Lucky for us, they combine to create one of the most delicious olive oils we have ever tasted. Whether picked and pressed early for a bright leaf-green oil, grassy and tangy in flavor, or harvested late to create a deep, complex taste with a subtle, bitter finish, our oil is the delight of all who taste it!
